I used to use MailEnable. It was pretty full featured and worked fine. I had no complaints except for dealing with log files and spam. Even with DNS black lists enable I used to get TONS of spam. That was a number of years ago so things may be different, I am not in the hosting biz anymore so I let Google Apps handle my email. If you don't have any more than 50 users per domain Google apps may be a option. Users can manage their own accounts and all that. And spam has become a non-issue. I hear that Google has a pretty decent email client as well. ;)
