I have just been informed by my system admin that we are only upgrading to server 2003 enterprise not to 2008. So CF 9 32-bit will be the way to go at this juncture.

I believe you can still use Access from a 64-bit version, but haven't bothered to verify that for myself, because, well, yecch.
