The problem with us experts sometimes is that we do forget the daft things that noobs do and common sense comes with experience. However what does get my goat is an unwillingness to RTFM or google search. There is a HUGE resource of documentation and tutorials out there, and sometimes no matter how many times you point someone at it, they wont put that little bit of effort in and you have to do it for them. Not that i'm saying that is the case here, just saying :-)
