Mike, They are all important and thanks for the input. Good to hear from an actual hosting company and hear your unique perspective. I think probably my biggest concern is how good is the support. If you can keep my site up around 99.5 percent and answer most questions with someone there that would cover 75% of it for me. Being a developer we can be somewhat picky, but at least for me the above would be the biggest factor.
