Its funny, I have never heard a designer complain about the cost of PhotoShop, nor a Flash Developer complain about the cost of Flash. Hell, I know a few .NET developers and I have never heard them bitch about the cost of Visual Studio.
Actually, I have never heard people bitch about the price of software more than they bitch about the price od ColdFusion and, more recently, ColdFusion Builder. Both of which, in my opinion, are tremendous values when you look at what you can do with them.
