As far as Aptana being acquired by Appcelerator, the day the announcement came out Adam did tweet that this has no effect on CFBuilder. Also, Appcelerator is a great company. Ever use Titanium to do mobile apps? Really nice. So, either Adobe already has the deal worked with Appcelerator or CFBuilder has progress enough to not need Aptana under the hood. I do not know which.
