okay, I found a directory of java files and GenerateKey.class is one of them.
My local host is:C:/localServer/PERM and my java files are on the directory above, just like on the dev server. So I just want to be sure, I reference them like this? C:/localServer/java Then I restart the Coldfusion services, right?
