I could call them with a problem at 2:30am, somebody would actually answer the phone, and that very person would usually fix my problem while I was online. Email support requests were usually answered/handled within an hour.
Now - not so much. I've had issues that went close to 24 hours before I even got a response on email. Phone support/live chat is still OK, but NOT what it was before the merger.
