I'm not Bryan but I'll try to answer my best. Performance of the compiled app was a big push, especially in iOS, for us in Flash Builder 4.5. While I don't have #s to give you (we can do 1M widget ops per second), I do know that things should work pretty good. I'd also check AXNA as I know recently there were a few blog posts on this.
