I HATE the fact that 9.0 works (and has the check) for 32bit applications, but 9.01 borks that all to hell. I ran into this (several times), and the only means I had that corrected it is to completely wipe CF and start fresh. From there, be sure to run the JRun config BEFORE you put on the 9.01 update... else, you see the error that you hit.
