I have had a very rare problem occur with the CF mail spool, perhaps 3 times in 5 years.
For some reason a mail item causes an error and then holds up the entire mail spool. All the mail.log shows is "Error". Is there somewhere I can get further error details so I can prevent this happening? Why would a mail just sit in Spool and not be moved to Undelivr if it is causing an error?
