The administrator merely lists possible causes:

The Domain Name lookup failed... (Nope) The URL is an SSL site, but the SSL port was specified incorrectly. (Nope, not SSL) The Web site is not responding. (Nope. The same URL runs in a browser) The directory specified for published results does not exist. (Nope: publish option not used) The scheduler logs say absolutely nothing about an error. I thought maybe it was a permissions issue.
