Unfortunately, I don't have direct access to the server. However, I did try checking the "Save output to a file" checkbox and making a "File" entry. I then ran the job from the administrator and checked the contents of the file. The file contains "Connection Failure". Ahhhhhh!! Now I know. Port forwarding is configured on the box. So, I changed the URL entry to include the port to which port 80 traffic is forwarded.
