A couple of things (I need to do a blog post on this) - There are some rough edges around auto formatting - the mxunit support is nowhere near as good as Eclipse's - Script support can be flaky in some places. - No dedicated debugger.
But overall, I'm liking IntelliJ a lot more than Eclipse - it has a lot going for it. (I really need to write that blog post actually).
