Ok.. Time to go low tech.

1. Get a clock. Synch it up to the atomic clock (or at least to the
other computers as well).
2. Put it in front of the camera (make sure to post on the website why
this is so people don't get confused).
3. Next morning, check the page. The time shown is when it happened.

BTW, I'm on Comcast in the USA and hawkesburyradio.com.au does not resolve.
