We're running CF Enterprise 9.0.1. We are having a problem with (cf)charts expiring and dropping from the cache before users have a chance to print them. This article from 2005 describes a fix to manually alter minTimeout\maxTimeout values in <cf install path>\lib\webcharts3d.xml to adjust the retention time in cache (http://cfchart.blogspot.com/2005/06/image-expired-trouble.html). That was for CF7.
Has anyone run across an updated fix or a better process that doesn't involve manually altering a file to fix this issue? I have searched but I cannot find anything. Thanks!
