we use KeePass also, but we switched from eWallet only for the sake of better mobile device support for all our staff. KeePass is very good and has excellent security and you can remote sync it for sharing with others, you can also store files with keys which is handy, but it is very much geared towards usernames/passwords storage only. You can use it for other things but it feels very clunky to do this as it is all done via an "advanced tab" and the extra info is not plain to see and is also stored as typeless name/value pairs.
Ewallet is actually superior if you want to use it to store any type of data other than logins, such as bank details, hardware details, company info, software licenses etc, it is simply created specifically for this and has a much slicker UI and layout making it easier to find and display that type of info as it stores info as "cards" which you can customise how you like with any number of fields and data types.
