You can't access the address 127.0.0.1 from ANY other machine.  that is the 
reserved LOCALHOST or home address of every networked device.  You need to 
configure another IP address such as something in the 192.168.nnn.nnn or 
10.0.0.nnn range. Your router will tell you what IP address range you network 
is using.  Then look up the ip address assigned to your computer and configure 
Railo to use that address as well.  Then you can access it remotely from within 
your home network.
