That won't help with CFHTTP requests. CF doesn't use service account credentials for HTTP authentication, and it doesn't support NTLM or Kerberos authentication (Windows Integrated Authentication in IIS). You can use Basic Authentication with the USERNAME and PASSWORD attributes.
