In the \cfclasses directory, the exact location of which differs a bit
depending on whether you did a multiserver or standalone install. You
can delete them with impunity.

Uncheck the "Save class files" in the CF Administrator - I'm not
exactly sure whether it's on the caching page, but I think so. If you
do this, files will need to be recompiled when they're first run, but
this is often faster than trying to find the already-compiled files on
disk!
