I'm not seeing any issues there, those logs are showing everything starting up fine within 1 minute. when your starting the service, close the status dialog so it doesn't timeout and to see if it finally starts if you wait. The logs we need to see are during the long period where you were waiting for it to start. If it is stopping that is the problem then kill the process from task manager instead.
