No...COM was depreciated in favor of .NET by Microsoft. So any custom tags you have that are COM will have to be replaced. I ran into this a few years back and had to replicate some tags in Java... I believe they still work on 32bit...so if it is a deal breaker, you may have to downgrade to the 32 bit version.
