Yes, I did.

What's more, I downloaded it twice because the first time I didn't "Save as" 
I merely saved, expecting it to be saved in the Installed Packages folder 
but it didn't. The second time, I did direct it to that folder and I see it 
there. However, Ctrl+shift+P opens the list with a lot of items but nothing 
to install.

This program may be too advanced for me.
