I would also suggest getting your own server or VM if the sites are important. Shared hosting should never be used for mission critical sites or indeed any site which is your primary source of income, this is more the case with CF due to the way CF works, because it runs as a service and not a process, there is no way to isolate sites from each other on a shared hosting setup.
