I have just installed CF10 on my development machine. I have been happily running CF9 for several years and decided it was time to move on. The actual install seemed to go smoothly but at the end when it tells you it is going to the configuration wizard nothing happens. It simply serves up a blank page from the URL http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm
The CF9 pages continue to run fine but any attempt to pull up the administrator fails (being the same URL). I tried this twice. The first time it failed with the URL bringing up the CF9 administrator, the second time it brings up the blank page. I looked in the event log and at my started tasks to see if I could find a clue but nothing appeared.
