John, Are you able to manually create a 32-bit ODBC connection to your Access database? If you weren't aware already, you need to run the 32-bit Windows ODBC data sources applet from inside \Windows\SysWOW64 to access the 32-bit stuff. If you can do that successfully, then try connecting to that 32-bit ODBC data source from within CF Administrator.
