The 3 biggest are native database drivers, SandBox security and ClusterCats

Dealing with them one at a time;
Native drivers allow faster access to databases - 'nuf said!

SandBox security allows different apps to have different security levels on
the same server

ClustCats allows fail-over and clustering - this is useful if your app has
more hits/requirements than one server can handle


If you don't require any of these, then go for Pro
