Are you url encoding your parameters? Spaces in url strings are not passed
by Netscape - you have to change spaces into "%20" - also, in Netscape the
proper url does not display the page properly - as the table in html is
malformed.

when I use Netscape I receive the error:
The parameter is incorrect.
any ideas as to why this would occur in Netscape and work fine in ie ??
