Did you look at your scource code ?
It lacks <html>, <head>, <title> and several <tr></tr> and </table> 's
Remember that IE isn't that picky about correct code, but Netscape IS..

P.S. Use the code validator in CF <shift> + <f6>

when I modified your code with these tags it looks the same in both browsers
:)
