It's because Studio doesnt look for Ultradev. It looks for Dreamweaver.
As far as I know it's not possible to use Ultradev as Studio's WYSIWYG
editor instead of Dreamweaver.
Perhaps Macromedia's new development team when they light a fire under the
Allaire development team might get round to doing this after they fix the
zillions of problems with Studio.
But don't hold your breath. Lots of words from them about how important
Studio is, but not a lot of action in the last 2 years as far as I can
see.
