Just add a custom button for ultradev on the top menu bar.
Click Options/Customize
Click Add Cutom Button after you highlight the toolbar you want to add the
Ultradev button to.
Click Lauch External Application
Browse for Ultradev.exe
Enter %current% in the Command Line field and click ok
