OK, lets break their arguements down bit by bit...

The problem with this is that if the server is busy processing HTML pages
and graphics, you're draining the resources from iHTML or from access to
HTML and other downloads

CF runs in it's own memory/resource pool, which means it won't effect the
processing of the web server if it's running loads of big processes

Also, if iHTML crashes it takes the whole web-server down, CF won't touch
the server at all...

And this is based on what exactly? You could check with Russ Cobbe (the

Erm, according to the current iHTML docs it doesn't do everything that CF
does - Native Drivers is one... Verity (iHTML doesn't have a search
engine)... Clustering... to name just 3 fairly big things
Also, if you're gonna buy the Enterprise of iHTML
