I've been asked by a team member to see what others are doing with regards
to ColdFusion server maintenance - are you paying per incident or one of
the special levels, or for none, or something else?

The reason is this - we've had a series of unsatisfactory interactions
trying to get problems on the SPARC ColdFusion server resolved. I don't
when the last time was that we received a useful fix - I know it's been more
than 6 months ago. The typical response is along the lines of 'we can't
duplicate your problem' or 'we can't identify what caused this problem',
etc.

Are you finding that you are getting fixes for the problems you are
encountering?
