Hiya,

When you do an export from Excel as CSV, you can specify that text cells are
qualified by inverted commas, so as to keep any commas in the actual text
content being interpreted as column delimiters. e.g.

Name, Address, PhoneNum
"Jez Allaire","1 Tag St, Tagville","555-9102"

Is there an easy way in Cold Fusion to parse this line as a list, and take
into account the text qualifiers? I'm sure this is a very common need for
developers...
