Java - especially as you can use it to build custom tags.
SQL - but I can't see how you can do CF development without it so I'm 
not sure I'd call it complimentary
UNIX or Windows administration depending on what servers you want to 
deploy on

Leave the Flash coding to the Flash weasels.
