You have to edit your registry. If you're not comfortable with doing that
then just leave well enough alone.
Otherwise Run regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Allaire\Studioxx\RemoteServers (where xx is
cfstudio version)
and delete the ones you don't want
might also be under HKEY_USERS\Default\Software...
