  Keep in mind that these rates are contractor / outsourced rates.  Most 
companies budget somewhere between 25%-35% for benefits for full-time 
employees.  That means $52 - $80 for full-time employment.  Of course $80 
an hour ($160K a year) is way more than anything I've ever heard of, but 
....   consultants who have good reputations can get the big bucks.
  I interviewed with one company that told me they budget 40% for each 
employee.
