May I recommend something: think before you post.
Apart from the obvious difference between monitoring a list (which is
retroactive and doesn't stop such messages) and moderating a list
(which
is proactive and stops certain messages if the moderator feels like
it) the way in which this message came through is evidence in itself
that the list is not moderated.

If you are forced to unsubscribe, find another company that is
willing
to invest in the development of the skills of its workers.

Problem: company doesn't want this list?
Solution: find another company! I recommend an email account at Yahoo.
