OK, the reason that I said 4x and the article says 10x is that it doesn't
store the actual CF template in cache, but the P-Code version of the
template

This is a LOT larger than the actual text

Also, since it's dynamic, even if you put 128Mb as your cache, if the server
doesn't need it, it won't use it!
