I usually read every domain name on a post of the sort and send an abuse
email (abuse@domain) to try and stop it. In many cases the domain is a spam
domain and I'll block it from the HoF mail server. If you investigate and
see that they are a spam server then you can do the same. This or course
assumes you have server access. Otherwise there's filters.
