If it's technical, you want to call the tech support people. If do that and they can't
help you and no one here can
help you, then I would try to find out why it isn't installing and get someone to
write a tech note or a FAQ or add
it to the list of things that are on the list to fix or even push for a program that
you could participate in to
create installation help somehow.
I am a little different than the regular tech resources, I am here for issues that are
more with the company or the
design or the philosophy of the app.
