I tried something similar, using ADSI instead of CDO, within CFIMPERSONATE.
I was able to get it to work, but I recall there was a problem if the CF
service was running as a user other than SYSTEM, which makes sense, since
normal user accounts don't have impersonation rights. In the end, I decided
it was more trouble than it was worth.
