I was involved with a project (although other, smarter,
people did the coding) where we used a service called
FusionOne (http://www.fusionone.com) to synchronize
an online planner with Outlook. It was a fairly big
budget project but the cool thing about FusionOne
was when we figured out how to sync with outlook
Wireless devices were not too much harder to do as well.

As I remember there are other organizations that provide
this service as well but I do not remember any of their
names.

Oh yeah -- they actually used JRUN to do the hard part
of the synchronization -- but I think that was before the
days of tags like cf_SOXML.

At any ate it is any option -- but not a trivial option
to implement.
