Since Windows 2000 shares the same API interface, for the most part, as
Windows NT, the tag should still work on Windows 2000. I haven't used it,
but I have used the NT remote shutdown utilities (shutdown.exe, shutgui.exe)
to remotely shutdown a Windows 2000 server before.
