post.office has a free 10 list/100 users setup on their mailserver. Only
problem is that the mailserver is basically abandon-ware. You can write one
rather fast using iMS as a mailserver and it'll also give you a ton of
extra's (it uses CF for its programming and is a great replacement for
CFMAIL). You can also write one using CFSCHEDULE, CFMAIL and almost any
mailserver using straight CF. Fun, but not as powerful as a true listserver.
