The password contained in the registry is encrypted (weakly, though), but
you can simply disable the password, then go in the CF Administrator and
change and reenable it. To disable the password, change
HKLM\Software\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\Server\UseAdminPassword to
0.
