If you have access to the registry or the cfregistry tag you can remove the
password by changing the following reg key:

HKLM\Software\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\Server\
UseAdminPassword = 0

You can then go directly to the admin and re-enable and reset the password.
