A slight difference.. CFSilent ignores Cfoutput tags, and cfsetting
enablecfoutputonly=yes doesn't

It's a simpler way of stopping white-space than CFSetting
EnableCFOutputOnly
When you use it, it doesn't try to send anything to the browser, and
thus doesn't check for CFOutput etc.
It's basically the ultimate white-space suppression method
