cf 5 upgade

Has anyone experienced any major trouble with deployment of cf 4.5.1 applications on 
cf 5?
We are getting ready to upgrade and a few of the different dept heads would like to 
know how this may effect them....
(currently it is only the dev box we are upgrading)
