Woah now, hold up. I've said this before and I'll say it again. I speak for
myself, and only myself. Please do not take my comments as being "the word
of MACR." Now, I do speak as someone who has used CF for quite some time, so
I guess I'm an expert, but that really doesn't matter.

Now, I still stand by assertion that it's dangerous. If you use a function
that is not official, you can't be surprised when it changes behaviours
between versions, or heck, even after a patch. I mean, isn't that common
sense? As for why they are there, I can't speak officially, but I think the
other emails make as much sense as need be. Every program has undocumented
features or functions that are necessary for internal stuff.

p.s. Am I going to have to change my sig for people to take me seriously??
